Prepayment & Payment Issues:
Reservations requiring a partial or full prepayment may be canceled without notice if the payment cannot be processed on the scheduled date. This includes issues such as insufficient funds, incorrect card details, or invalid payment methods. These are the responsibility of the customer and any prepaid amount marked as non-refundable will not be returned.
Cancelation with 24-Hour Notice:
You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before your tour through our system and receive a 100% refund.
Same-Day Cancelations / No-Show:
Canceling on the day of the activity or failing to attend will be marked as a “No Show” and no refund will be issued.
Rescheduling:
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours in advance using the contact details provided in your confirmation email.
Pickup Not Included
Transfer to and from the departure site is not included in the trip rates.

Booking Deposit
To secure your reservation, a 20% deposit is required when you book.
Final Payment
